Summer Updates



It's time for a quick catch-up and a few updates from the Nidd Valley Physio team 📣.

Firstly, about two weeks ago, I underwent ACL reconstruction surgery on my knee 😅. My plan was to let you all know beforehand, but honestly, the past couple of weeks have been a bit of a blur as I focus on my recovery. But.... I'm happy to report that the surgery went well 💪🏼!

Now, here's the not-so-great news: Due to the long recovery period, I won't be able to get back to work until some time in September. 😔 But here's where the silver lining comes in: Tom, our superstar physio, has been holding down the fort at the clinic. He's taken over mine and his physio clients, so you're still in good hands. Plus, he's keeping our Wednesday morning challenge and foundation Pilates classes going strong, along with his regular fitness classes every Friday morning. 🏋️‍♂️

The only downside is that we've had to temporarily cancel the Tuesday evening yoga and Pilates class until I make a full recovery and return to work. 😓 But don't worry, once I'm back on my feet (literally!), we will be back at it. 🧘‍♀️
