Have you ever wondered how or why yoga seems to improve your sport? This workshop is designed for those with an interest in learning more about the biomechanics of yoga and sport and how we can apply the principles of yoga asana, pranayama and mindfulness to any sporting situation.
This will be an informative, practical, hands on workshop. You will come away with a greater understanding of your own anatomy and observation skills to take forward into your practice and sport.
It is open to all levels and not just for athletes :) As long as you have an interest in how your body works and functions, you will benefit from this workshop.
